Soul Retrieval

Soul retrieval is the spiritual process of re-membering fragmented aspects of the self back into the whole of who you are, returning an individual back into a state of wholeness. Whenever we experience trauma of any form our conscious mind will sever that traumatized aspect of the self from an individuals stream of consciousness. This process is a protection mechanism because it allows the individual to continue to move through life rather than being debilitated by the traumatic event.

Unfortunately, in this fragmentation process, more is lost than just the traumatic event. Any part of yourself that is associated with that traumatic event that is also cast out.

For example, anyone who has been raped or molested may have separated from the person who was molested but is also separate from their creative potential, their sexuality, their confidence, etc. Perhaps you were wearing a pretty outfit when molested, after the fragmentation you may notice that you no longer wear pretty outfits.

In this guided meditation, you will embark on the spiritual process of literally putting yourself back together. I will serve as your guide and be a protective force for you as you travel through the astral plane (the spiritual world) searching and seeking for the lost, given away or stolen aspects of yourself. You deserve to be made whole. You deserve to be free.
